Fernleigh Farm — New Build Interior & Exterior Painting

This project was a big one - and one we’re genuinely proud of. Completed in 2023 for Luke Atkins Building, this beautiful Fernleigh property was a 2.5-year new build, with our painting work spread over roughly eight months in carefully planned stages.

Inside, we used a mix of spray work and traditional brush-and-roller application, bringing out the best in every surface. The entire interior was finished with Porter’s premium paint systems, chosen for their depth, durability and high-end finish, perfect for a home of this scale.

Outside, everything was brushed and rolled by hand, using Dulux exterior coatings to give the home long-term protection in Fernleigh’s rural climate. It’s the kind of finish that takes time, patience and consistency, and the result speaks for itself.

This one came up absolutely mint.

Easily one of the best outcomes we’ve delivered for a builder, and a project we’ll be talking about for a long time.
