Working closely with JD Built, this office fit-out brought together a complete internal repaint, new dividing wall and bespoke details that elevate the space without interrupting its creative rhythm. And because great architecture doesn’t pause for a renovation, the entire project was completed while the studio remained fully operational.

James and the team approached the fit-out with their usual precision - using dustless sanding, careful masking, and classic brush-and-roller techniques to maintain a clean, healthy environment for the staff. No mess, no dust, no disruption. Just quiet craftsmanship happening in the background while the architects kept shaping the region’s next landmark spaces.
