Suffolk Park Shops — Exterior Repaint & Refresh
Here’s a recent exterior repaint we completed at the Suffolk Park shops - a project finished just a couple of weeks ago.
Because the site is a busy little hub for locals, we handled the repaint in carefully timed stages. Most of the work was done during business hours, working around foot traffic and shop access to keep disruption to a minimum. The areas around the bakery and Spar were then completed after hours, giving us space to cut in cleanly without getting in anyone’s way.
Everything was cut and rolled by hand - spraying wasn’t practical for this kind of commercial environment. The finish came up great using Wattyl Solagard Low Sheen in the colour Buff It Half, a tone that suits the coastal, easygoing feel of Suffolk Park.
